This quick and satisfying salami sandwich is perfect for a light lunch or a hassle-free dinner. Packed with protein and flavor, it’s ideal for those days when you’re short on time.


  • 1 hoagie bun, toasted and split
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 6 slices salami
  • 2 slices Colby-Jack cheese
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 red leaf lettuce leaf
  • Olive Medley:
    • 2 teaspoons sliced ripe olives, drained
    • 2 teaspoons sliced green olives with pimento
    • 2 teaspoons zesty Italian-style salad dressing
